2.2. You declare that all academic and professional achievements entered are authentic, have been achieved by you and are not misrepresented, authorizing such information to be verified and confirmed.
2.3. You agree that the information you provide may eventually be published and/or disclosed through rankings, profiles or promotional material.
2.4. You agree that your data may be shared with affiliated agencies, partners or authorized channels to promote relevant professional opportunities.
3.1. You acknowledge that RealFluencers may use third-party platforms and services to process your data, perform verifications or enhance the verification process.
4.1. While RealFluencers strives to ensure the accuracy, fairness and reliability of the verification process, we do not guarantee that earning the Verified badge will result in specific career opportunities or that verified influencers are superior to others.
4.2. RealFluencers is not responsible for decisions made by brands, agencies or third parties based on the Verified badge or information provided during the verification process.
4.3. You acknowledge that, although RealFluencers performs background checks, these may not always be timely and/or accurate due to external factors beyond our control.
4.4. RealFluencers is not responsible for malicious actions, fraud or misconduct of verified persons or third parties.
5.1. You acknowledge that the decision to grant or deny the Verified badge is at the sole discretion of RealFluencers.
5.2. RealFluencers reserves the right to reject an application or revoke a Verified badge without the obligation to provide a detailed justification.
5.3. All decisions are final and binding until you initiate a new verification process.
6.1. By participating in the RealFluencers Verified program, you are aware that you may be included in rankings or other publicly available lists that may highlight verified influencers.
